Unplanned stroll

Some people have been wondering about how I choose where to go for my next walk. My usual answer is: “I pick a spot on a map, check what’s around, plan the route, maybe visit the place beforehand to check”. This time, however, I went after the first step.😄

I usually drive right past the area around Chkalovskaya metro station, but I know it as a place with lots of small streets and quirky buildings. So I’ve decided to just go there and walk wherever I felt like it, with no particular route or end point.🏙️

The stroll took quite a long time, especially when counting the time it took for me to figure out where I’ve ended up at and how to get back home.😅

But I really enjoyed this style of stroll. And I also enjoyed peeking into every nook and cranny, exploring the places hidden from the main streets. Hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did.😁
