Town of fairytales

Thought of saying something like this stroll goes the similar route as my previous visit to Vyborg. But I haven’t done any posts about it as well. Just HOW MUCH unshared stuff I’m sitting on?!😭

Anyway…

I really like the atmosphere in old town part of Vyborg. Small huddled together buildings, boulder roads, narrow streets.😌 It’s really something from the past, as now everything is so big and spacious that your head starts spinning.

Starting from Panzerlachs bastion, I went past the Cathedral, market square and Krepostnaya street, coming up to an on town square and the Castle.🏰

Initially I wasn’t planning on going into the castle, but heck, it’s just 100 rubles, so why not? It’s actually much bigger inside than I thought. Haven’t gotten into the tower though. Wasn’t sure if I could fit into it’s narrow passes with mask on.😅

After that I moved to the far coast and onto an observation deck.🔭 I thought about visiting Monrepo park as well, but I was already too exhausted. Next time for sure.💯
